At Herbhues, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, since opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products once they are sold or delivered, unless the products received are damaged, spoiled, or broken, or for any similar reason.
Herbhues is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. If you receive a product in a damaged condition (broken, leaking, etc.), a refund or replacement will be processed only if we are informed within 7 days of delivery, with video proof of unboxing.

Return and exchange requests will be subject to review by Herbhues. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy.
Once your return request is accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be transferred via the same payment method used when placing the order. A refund can be obtained if the order is canceled before it has been packed or within 8 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days. No refund will be made after the order is shipped.
