We pack each HerbHues order with care to protect delicate handmade goods and preserve fragrance quality during transit.
Processing times
Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days. During seasonal launches and holiday gifting periods, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery and returns
Standard shipping times vary by destination at checkout. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement or resolution.
Returns
What can be returned
Because our soaps, candles, and body-care items are personal-use products, we generally cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and work toward a fair solution.
For unopened items in original condition, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
